Independent parasailing vendors can be found on most hotel beaches. There is no “tour reservation” needed. You can find them at Cable Beach between Wyhndam/Sheraton and Breezes, and on Cabbage Beach next to Atlantis/RUI and the public beach.
WHere ever you see jet ski vendors, you’ll find parasailing.
If you don’t see one. ask the jet ski guys. They are all buddies, and will call the vendor to pick you up at an available time.
